This project uses Moltbot to completely transform how I handle email. Instead of spending 2+ hours daily on inbox management, I now just review the drafts Moltbot prepares and send them with a click.
The system monitors my Gmail inbox every 5 minutes. When new emails arrive, Moltbot:
1. **Categorizes** them into buckets: Urgent, Important, FYI, Newsletter, Spam
2. **Drafts responses** for anything that needs a reply
3. **Schedules follow-ups** for emails that need tracking
4. **Archives** newsletters and low-priority items automatically
The key insight was training Moltbot on my communication style by feeding it 100 of my previous email responses. Now the drafts sound exactly like me.
After 3 months of use, I've reclaimed about 50 hours of email time. The ROI on the Anthropic API costs (~$15/month) is incredible.
